  3. Just some random thoughts.

I’m tired of politicians promising us jobs (read Barack Obama). I graduated with a double major in history and political science. One would think that that’s an amazing accomplishment. Too bad the politicians don’t. I am over $45,000 in debt because of it. I think politicians forget that not all of us have expendable amounts of money. It sucks because I’m working a part time job that doesn’t pay nearly enough to cover my payments. Wake up America. This Congress and President could care less whether we have enough money to put food on our tables. Let’s see some real change and vote every single one of these idiots out of office. I’d like to be able to afford the things that I want sometime.

  7. We must all be alike. Not everyone born free and equal. Each man the image of every other, then all are happy, for there are no mountains to make them cower, to judge themselves against.

  8. Gleed out

I’ll admit, when Glee first came out I thought it was a unique and original idea. The music was good and the stories were funny. Now, it’s become a gimmick. I mean, they made a reality TV series out of it for God’s sake. Not to mention the thousands upon thousands of merchandise that was made. It just seems like it’s such a sell out.But the merchandise and all that the show entails isn’t the only thing that bothers me.

I’m also bothered by the deep seeded prejudices exhibited by the show. Its obvious war on Christianity and the right. I get it. It’s not nice to make fun of homosexuals. On the same token, it’s not nice to make stereotypes just because they don’t have the same views as you. If I’m not allowed to make fun of gay people fine. I won’t. I won’t because I wouldn’t want someone doing it to me. However, I think it goes both ways. Ryan Murphy and the writers of Glee have no right making fun of my religion or political beliefs. Yes, I am conservative and a Christian but that doesn’t mean that I think that all gays are going to burn in Hell. Don’t judge me and I won’t judge you.

Another reason that Glee bothers me is the fact that Ryan Murphy seems to hate straight couples. It amazes me that the only couple that has really lasted is Blaine and Kurt. He broke up Quinn and Sam because they were too perfect as a couple. Well, pardon me for saying so, but I think Blaine and Kurt are too perfect as a couple as well.

Speaking of Kurt, if I was gay, I would be offended by this character. He’s so stereotypically gay that it pains me to watch the show. I mean seriously. My best friend in high school was gay and he wasn’t even that flaming. If I didn’t know Ryan Murphy was gay, I would think that he made the character as a mockery of gay people.

In short, Glee is the most God awful show that Hollywood as ever shat out. Sorry to break it to you people, but this show is as stupid as TV gets.
